HOW TO MAKE TURMERIC DIPPING SAUCE

What you need:

1 tablespoon tahini
1.5 tablespoons lemon juice
½ tsp garlic powder
¾ tsp turmeric powder
¼ tsp cumin powder
good pinch sea salt
4 tablespoons water
1 heaped tablespoons soaked cashews
1 tablespoon olive oil

Blend in food processor (or blender) until smooth.

Serve with sesame seeds and a pinch of paprika
