These are the darkest, sweetest, and largest turmeric roots we have seen, from a variety that grows exclusively in Hawaii. Fresh roots are extracted with organic sugar cane alcohol, without first being dried or heated. The roots naturally contain four to five times the curcumin of typical yellow turmeric, bringing their sweet flavor and incredible potency to this 100% pure extract.
