Noni
Hawaii Grown Noni Made with Strict Purity Standards
Highest quality noni capsules, lotions and juice from Hawaii.
“A” Grade Whole Fruit
Our capsules are made from freshly picked whole yellow fruit that has been dehydrated at low temperatures. It is considered a raw food product. Most other noni powders are made from the leftover pulp after the juice has been pressed out. That is what is called a “B” grade product. HNC only uses “A” grade whole fruit powder.
Made according to strict purity standards, these capsules contain only 100% naturally grown morinda citrifolia fruit, dehydrated whole fruit, including the seeds, juice and pulp. 2 capsules = 1 oz juice.
- Raw, not pasteurized
- Organically grown on small farms
- 9 lbs fruit makes 1 lb powder
- No pesticides
- No chemicals
- Low heat dehydration
Rooted in Centuries of Pacific Tradition
Noni was valued throughout Pacific Island communities, including Hawaiʻi and Polynesia. It is believed to have been carried to Hawaiʻi by Polynesian voyagers as a useful canoe plant.
Authentic Pacific Roots
Its roots and bark supplied natural dyes. Leaves and fruit were incorporated into traditional practices, and the fruit was sometimes eaten or prepared as juice.
Naturally Occurring Plant Compounds
Researchers have identified iridoids, polyphenols and other phytochemicals in noni fruit. These compounds are among the reasons scientists have investigated noni’s antioxidant activity.
A Remarkably Resilient Tree
The noni tree thrives in demanding tropical environments. It can tolerate coastal conditions, brackish water and varied soils. In Hawaiʻi, it can even be found colonizing relatively recent lava flows.
