Our Roasted Garam Masala is a family-recipe, all-purpose spice blend for Indian dishes. Use it as a base for garbanzo curry, salads, meats, or stews.

Garam Masala originated in northern India and is also known as masala curry or masala curry powder. Like many regional seasoning blends, its ingredients vary by region, village, and family.

Our version is hand blended from cumin, ground coriander, cardamom powder, black pepper, Ceylon cinnamon, ground clove, ground nutmeg, and black cardamom. It comes in 1 oz. tins. Check back for a refill pack.
